NO EXCUSES

The time to ramp up your positive intelligence to achieve peak performance AND happiness is now!

Mental strength will be the biggest
key to success in post COVID-19 outbreak era.”

Do you find yourself…

Feeling like an imposter?

Procrastinating?

Judging yourself or others?

Trying to control people or situations?

Avoiding conversations that need to happen?

Feeling paralyzed with anxiety?

Saying yes when you wanted to say no?

Those are self-sabotaging parts of your mind at work

We all have them.

They trigger our primitive brain – the fight, flight, or flee response.

And all that stress makes us anxious, exhausted, and overwhelmed.

When we experience positive emotions like love, joy, empathy and compassion, we are in our sage brain – our true self. And we can learn to build up those sage powers to override the saboteur tendencies.

During the first wave of the pandemic in 2020, I enrolled in the 6-week Positive Intelligence (PQ) Mental Fitness programme for coaches.

And here’s what happened:

In less than two months my “PQ” score – a numerical gauge of our mental fitness – went from 53 to 82 (on a scale of 0-100).

THIS PROGRAMME LITERALLY DOUBLED our happiness and resilience.

And guess what?

It’s an evidence-based model rooted in neuroscience and brain development.

Our team of coaches have been certified by the top ranking coaching schools in the world and have over 10 years of experience coaching and supporting senior leaders, executives and teams using a variety of tools and models including Emotional Intelligence, human-centric leadership models to help clients build self-awareness and perform.

But Positive Intelligence feels like the operating system behind it all.

Here’s what you get:

Bitesize video lessons taught by Shirzad Chamine, the founder of Positive Intelligence.

The 7-week programme
consists of the following:

Boost your self-command muscle

Practice 10-second PQ Reps that boost your self-command muscle. This enables you to run your brain rather than being run by your Saboteur-hijacked brain. Self-command is key to intercepting unhelpful mental habits and rewiring your brain to respond more effectively.

Intercept the Judge

For this entire week, you’ll intercept and weaken the most damaging Saboteur, the Judge. You discover how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a key source of your stress and quite damaging to your performance. Most participants discover their Judge to be far more prevalent and damaging than they suspected.

Accomplice Saboteurs

This week you intercept and weaken the top accomplice to your Judge Saboteur, identified through the Saboteur Assessment from the following: Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, Victim.

Shift to Sage

After weakening your Saboteurs, it is now time to strengthen your Sage, the counterpart to your Saboteurs. Your Sage lives in an entirely different part of your brain, generates all your positive emotions, and achieves peak performance through a calm and clear mind.

Boost your Sage Powers

The Sage region of the brain enables 5 primary powers. Analogous to the 3 primary colors, these 5 powers recombine to form all of the emotional intelligence competencies considered crucial to professional success.

Taking Action

In our final week, you use your Sage’s Navigate and Activate powers to take clear-headed, laser-focused, decisive action.

Sustain the Momentum

In this final week, you discover how to continue using your PQ tools for a variety of work and life applications.

PQ APP

Gain access to an exclusive App guiding your daily practice

Each day a different focus for daily practice is assigned through a personalized companion app available exclusively to programme participants.

This builds one small muscle at a time, laying down new neural pathways to form lasting positive habits of your mind. The cumulative impact of the programme’s end is substantial.

The PQ Gym inside the app provides you with different PQ reps and lengths to strengthen your Self-Command muscle throughout the day.

The app also tracks your daily progress against minimum targets associated with new neural pathway (muscle) formation. Personalized daily coaching tips from Shirzad continue to both encourage and challenge you to keep going and at the end of the day, you can capture your daily reflections.

Accountability Pod

Research indicates that there is a 500% increased likelihood of establishing positive new habits when supported by accountability partners.

Every participant in the PQ Mental Fitness programme is placed in a peer-support group called a Pod.

Pod members meet once a week to discuss the week’s training. Pod members are also able to communicate privately with each other using the Community Channel inside the PQ app. Each Pod is limited to 5 participants.

Pods meet virtually on Mondays or at a better time mutually agreed, with all Pod members having already watched the weekly video sessions and engaged with daily practice on the PQ App.

The difference, that makes the difference. Why some other programmes do not have a lasting effect

Performance

Focus on insight rather than muscle

For example, the insight that being frustrated isn’t helpful, doesn’t automatically lead to you not feeling frustrated. That would require mental muscles to shift brain activation.

Performance

Treating symptoms rather than cause

For example, teaching you techniques of active listening to improve empathy will have a temporary impact if your deeply-rooted Judge Saboteur is not exposed and intercepted.

Performance

No common operating system

Since each training you attend uses a different framework—the 7 steps of managing conflict, the 5 secrets of managing time, etc.—the frameworks compete for mind share and all fade away.

Birgit

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about the potential of human relationships. I wanted to know, what exactly is it that makes relationships successful and fulfilled?

In 2015 I gave up the security of my corporate career, began my education at RCI to become a certified relationship coach, while slowly building a coaching business from the ground up. Meanwhile, I led large-scale projects in Africa and Switzerland around youth empowerment, climate change and digital transformation. With latter I was awarded as a Top 100 “women in business” in 2018.

Today I call myself “Multipassionate Entrepreneur” because I didn’t (and never will) fit into a conventional box. One thing I’m certain of: All my endeavours and success were only possible, because I trained my mental resilience to enhance my positive intelligence.

QUESTIONS? ASK AWAY!

Is this the right programme for me?

This is the right programme for you if you are:

a) committed to improving your performance and effectiveness dramatically while reducing stress

b) looking for a science-based and trusted system to make it stick, and

c) willing to put in the initial effort to rewire years of mental habits that don’t serve you.

Aren't negative emotions sometimes helpful?

Some people believe that negative emotions are helpful. For example, they think stress gives them their performance edge, or beating themselves or others up is helpful for continual improvement.

Feeling pain for a split second when your hand touches a hot stove is indeed useful, delivering an important alert. But your Saboteurs keep your hand on the hot stove, continuing to feel negative emotions that harm both performance and happiness.

In this programme we learn to use negative emotions as a helpful alert, and then quickly shift to the positive region of the brain that has calm clarity, objectivity, and creativity to handle the challenge most effectively.

Who will lead the PQ Mental Fitness programme?

hirzad Chamine will conduct each of the bitesize video lessons inside the PQ App.

One of our PQ Coaching Faculty will personally facilitate each of the pod meetings and will be available to you at all times to answer questions.

Don’t leave without taking the Relationship Success Assessment
